My Shell

Why do I love this particular shell?

Because it is beautiful.
And it has its own story to tell.

Where did it come from?
Where has it traveled to be here with me today?
What histories of man has it witnessed since its birth from one tiny
mollusk?
How is it that we found each other on the oceans immense edge?

There are trillions of beautiful shells in the sea,
but I choose to love this one.

Because one shell is more beautiful than a thousand shells.

Because everyone should love one thing.

And this one chose me.
